It's good if you have long thin legs.
shoes are very narrow. The length is actually longer than expected. I wear an 8 and the length is like 8.5. The arch support and outsole stiffness are exactly what I was looking for. But they are too narrow. Not sure if I want to go and wait for a burglary or not so ended up returning them. I liked the gold color.
