Because I mentioned in the advantages section that it can be hung up almost anywhere, such as on a branch, I believe that it is a worthwhile investment. The sound is average, and you can adjust the volume to an adequate level; however, the emphasis is placed more on low frequencies. This is something that I'm not particularly fond of, but according to what I've been told, JBL sets all of their speakers up in this manner so that they can appeal to modern trends. tyts-tyts (but no one canceled the equalizer setting).
