I never write reviews but felt I had to write one for this one. I am very satisfied with this product. I didn't have much trouble with it at first since it's my first time using it. But once you get the hang of it, you'll love it. My heels are very dry and cracked, which I often hide in closed-toe heeled shoes. After some time of use I at least hope that I can wear what I want without hesitation. My heels aren't that soft, but I'm glad something is helping.
