I wouldn't say that this bag is "light", but definitely comfortable. I use it for longer runs (6-13 miles) and haven't had any issues with comfort. I use it to carry my phone (Galaxy S10) and house keys. This is good because there are smaller pouches so you can separate items inside to avoid scratches between items. I can definitely feel it bouncing up and down a lot, but it's a lot less noticeable when you move it backwards.
