My favorite thing! I started this when my baby was 6 weeks old, gas and colic. It was lucky! It is very effective in relieving gas and/or calming a crying baby. It also helps my little one sleep better. There is no dispenser included. Therefore, you need to buy it separately to manage it directly. Sometimes I put it in my breast milk bottle for a delicious treat.
