I do aqua aerobics and my womens foot size is an 8. I ordered 7's and they were huge so I got the size reduced to 6. They're still big, but I needed the shoes so badly that I didn't want to try on A-shoes. The grip is great for the bottom of the pool too. They're not as good as the Ryka pool shoes, but they're half the price and still have plenty of cushioning and great traction.
