Bought expecting it to fit. So the holes matched, but the problem was the exhaust. I had to take it off and put it back on, which wasn't hard, but the skid plate really wanted to put the exhaust back on. So everything fits, but the skid plate was thick and I had to file down the skid plate (not the actual bottom piece, just the piece that connects to the holes) with a file to get it to fit. It's still tight but I'm tired of filling it. It works as it should and all holes are aligned. I've had this on my bike for a while and the only thing I don't like is that if you hit a stick with a skid plate for example, the thing bounces. It also gives me some confidence that my engine won't get hit. The only thing I want is not to have to file the part that interferes with the exhaust. So for me it wasn't worth 150 if I bought it knowing that I would then pay a maximum of 50. I feel like it's overpriced and too much hassle, I wish I could find another skid plate as well, but it is.
