The first one I got didn't work and I wasn't happy so I posted a review saying that. The company owner contacted me immediately and sent a replacement without asking. That's excellent customer service. For real. The new one works perfectly. In hindsight I should have given them a chance to improve before giving a bad review. good company Good product.
