I usually wear US pants 18W and I'm 5.6" so I ordered 5x. The pants were a little short for regular pants, but cute, like capris. it is NOT strapless I ordered a pink one that fits well and a black one (same size) but it's smaller and I couldn't get the pants on all the way.
