Not suitable for decorative pillows, inserts and covers

This is NOT 16x12! It's 12x9. Also, it's NOT that soft! It's quite firm, maybe the little pillow is too stuffed. Maybe they were trying to stuff 12x16 into 12x9! So not worth the price. return
