A good minus is an uncomfortable elastic band and a pull-up device.
Alright. The material is nice but I don't like that the elastic is so small, round and uncomfortable and the adjustable part is a huge piece of plastic with a button too uncomfortable to wear on the back of your head when you sleep . your back. So I wear it on my forehead and it's still uncomfortable. The elastic would be better if it was wide and flat than round and small and stiff because you can feel it and it's uncomfortable. I plan on replacing the elastic with a flat elastic and maybe a bra strap which is more comfortable because it's flat.
