I've been using this item for a few years now so I know I like it but this particular item was sent to me in August this year after I ordered it and it is needed sooner , than it actually is. I opened it for the first time last week and found that the entire mechanics of the eyebrow pencil are faulty and I can't get at the crayon at all. Unfortunately I can't return at this late date so I have to spend $20 with no product to show.
