I received this in an Ipsy bag many years ago. I ended up running away with no intention of buying anything else. This chocolate color is perfect for my dark brown eyebrows. I don't often order what's in an Ipsy bag, but this eyebrow pencil is an exception. I fell in love with the color and how it works and realized I needed more when my full size ipsy pattern ran out. I've been using this item for a few years now so I know I like it but this particular item was sent to me in August this year after I ordered it and it is needed sooner , than it actually is. I opened it for the first time last week and found that the entire mechanics of the eyebrow pencil are faulty and I can't get at the crayon at all. Unfortunately I can't return at this late date so I have to spend $20 with no product to show.
