I don't often order what's in an Ipsy bag, but this eyebrow pencil is an exception. I fell in love with the color and how it works and realized I needed more when my full size ipsy pattern ran out. I finally found the product at Revain and was glad (overpaid) to order it. As soon as I picked up the pencil and tried to use it, I knew immediately something was wrong. The product was not advertised at all - it was as if it had been put in a pencil. I played with it for a few days but it never worked and I ended up ordering another one thinking it must be a coincidence. NO. The second pencil was exactly the same. At this point I was incredibly frustrated and in a fit of rage I dropped my pencil. Unfortunately I never found it, so I didn't even get my money back for the second (non-working) pencil. Moral of the story - don't buy this!
