WOW! This electric shaver has it all! It has always been believed that credit should be given where it is needed, which is good for Phillips Norelco. For me, this razor works in ALL aspects as advertised. From the first time I used it I knew I would continue to get a great shave. I have a relatively thick beard. Not to the point where I feel I should or should shave twice a day like some men do. Note: I am very careful with my shaving. Almost to the point of OCD according to my wife lol. Like me, this razor should provide a *very close* and very comfortable shave. However, be aware. and as with any razor, it may take some people 3-4 weeks for their facial/beard skin to fully adjust to the new rotating blades. Here is a detail that I found very interesting and surprising. The easy-glide material (PN patent) used around each rotary head really works and makes a difference; At first I thought it was just another publicity stunt. Battery life between charges is great, as is the cleaning system, which smells nice too. Conclusion: I really like the two-year manufacturer's guarantee, after registering you get an additional six months (that's atypical now!). Aside from a possible manufacturing defect that may arise from time to time, I do not see or understand why anyone should have any complaints about this shaver and/or its accessories.
