Got this to replace Plantronics Edge which basically stopped working properly after 12 months. This is a known issue, after 6-18 months many Edges experience audio issues where the person on the other line can no longer hear you. Plantronics didn't fix anything, it's a hardware failure they won't fix. So I got this thinking it was a newer version that hopefully fixed the bug. I don't know if this has been fixed yet, but this device has received many criticisms in design so far. The outer shell now feels very cheap and abrasive. I don't know why they did it. Worse, the back button (to answer a call, the main button) is TERRIBLE. You can't press it in the middle anymore, you have to get it from a special angle or it won't work. He often accidentally dials twice (because you mess with him) and you end up accidentally calling people, which is incredibly embarrassing. This is the button you'll need to use the most, and it's amazing. I have no idea why they did something so bad that used to work well. design flaws.
