later I use it on my Kitchenaid stand mixer and it's perfect. I like that it doesn't have a bottom, it's easier to remove and get the blender off the shelf. I also like that I can see the blender through the clear plastic. I had the signature Kitchenaid cover, but I transferred it to the food processor. This one is made out of a thicker potholder-like material that seems to attract dust. This one is more plastic, but not cheap. Highly recommended!
