Surprising tingling, but the smell of drugs.
I agree with others that the scalp feels amazing after using it. It's a cool and tingly feeling - I love that factor. The smell bothers me a lot - it really smells like liquid Benadryl. Not a very good smell, but not terrible either. Also, it didn't really help my dryness, which was disappointing. It was a good product but I will look for another treatment.
