Like most people in today's world, I spend a lot of time in front of a screen. My phone, tablet, computer and even the TV screen... often ending up with headaches from the blue light effect. These goggles help reduce blue light, they are very light and don't get in my ears or irritate the bridge of my nose like my sunglasses do after a while. I forget I'm wearing them until I realize I don't have a headache. They have cute, flattering shapes and fun colors and prints. The paint seems to be peeling off easily, but they are so cheap that if this becomes an actual problem they can easily be re-purchased.
