1. The product is thinner than OEM specs and the front feet are scratching and dragging the floor while the machine is trying to work. As a result, the mat does not have full contact with the ground, and the back of the fabric is not used.2. The pillow is thin and shaky, not firm enough to meet my expectations.3. The plastic insert that holds the pad in the M6 doesn't have matching holes like iRobot's wet pads. The pads work, but since the pad's sensor reads the card, the Braava M6 reports non-genuine parts to iRobot and voids the product warranty?4. I think I could come up with something better using a sheet of cardboard, stiffening cardboard, a piece of velcro, and any microfiber cloth.
