Review on ☕ JoyJolt Serene Double Walled Insulated Coffee Mug Set - 7.4 Ounces (Pack of 2), Keeps Beverages Hot by Paul Hyde

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Simply beautiful glasses

I've been looking for the perfect cappuccino cup for quite some time and this one hits the nail on the head. Concerned about the reviews from some of their peers, I decided to take the plunge into JoyJolt and have been very pleased so far. Here's a quick rundown of what I've seen so far: Durability - Compared to other fragile glassware/goblets in terms of durability it's on par. It takes extra care to keep them looking nice and solid, but if you know what's going on I think it's worth the effort. Updates appear in 3-6 months. DESIGN - The lines of this mug are beautiful. They don't have a "pressure release" system like other similar double wall glass tumblers, which is a double edged sword. On the one hand, I never have to worry about their interiors fogging up from condensation or accidental moisture. On the other hand, I have to be extra careful with the speed at which they heat up. Sorry JoyJolt, but you don't have a microwave. just to be on the safe side. I gave this a half star as the mug handle connection points are not as well finished as the mug itself (fussy). Other than that, it was a near-perfect design. The size is for the traditional 7 oz. Cappuccino, this mug is literally perfect. It's also quite nice for afternoon coffee drinks. If you want to enjoy your morning coffee, assuming you're like me, look for something more. Function - Temperature loss is definitely a big improvement over ceramic or single wall glass. It's still just a mug and still has a big hole in the lid so don't expect it to work magic, but it will certainly extend the life of your drink. Value is a beautiful, functional mug. If left intact, then this is an outright steal. (At the time of writing this review, the price for 2 glasses is $18). Overall I would give these mugs a 4.5 star rating rounded up to 5. If they are still going strong after 3-6 months I expect 2-4 more!
