I was very pleased at first. Nice design, very light, everything great! But after 1.5 months of normal use, the outer layer of glass around the handles on both cups has cracked. After contacting JoyJolt support, we received an immediate call back and replacement cups. Great support!

The frame of these glasses is uneven, not smooth like glasses. This indicates a low qualification. We have had double wall glasses from two other companies and never had this problem. I was hoping to give them to friends and family as cool Christmas gifts. But I won't do it with these glasses. It's worth paying a little more and getting the real stuff.
