The ease of use, the ability to connect with providers in the community, and the ability to track your patients across the continuum are the best parts of Olio. The ability to get a sense of the patient's overall health is a big help in making decisions about discharge and discharge planning. It is not as easy to use as it could be, but we're working on it! We're able to see our patient's health status across the continuum. We're able to see if they're meeting their goals and what their care needs are. We also get to see if the discharge is on time.
