Not well done. design flaw. Read please.
My dog's collar fell off and the important end that connects to the food broke in the middle. This cannot be fixed as once the rubber is cut down the middle it will continue to tear and it will get shorter and shorter until it fits your dog. This happened two months after the return deadline, so it's useless now unless they can send a spare or replace the whole thing. What a waste of money.
