Average quality of the product, especially for the money.
After exactly 30 days of use, I noticed that the left (primary) earphone's indicator was flashing and that it no longer wanted to connect. I took it to the RBT and left it there for 45 minutes before returning it to me. When I get home, I put my headphones on and turn the volume all the way down to zero, but the dial still reads one on the volume scale. I try the same thing on my phone and find that I can turn the volume down to zero there, but my headphones remain at one.
- Everything about it is great: the sound, the materials, the wearability (except for the headgear), and the battery life.
- There is a significant percentage of flaws since the headphones are too big or too small for some people.
