So when I got it I spent an hour putting the battery in. I even watched the video but to no avail the battery would not insert as shown. I wanted to throw them away, but when I looked closely, I discovered a problem. The two plastic tips that should fit into the controller were bent. Thinking it was my fault I grabbed the second one but those also bent the pasta pieces! so carefully i unfolded it and what do you know the damn thing slid right in. So if you're having trouble, take a look at your batteries to make sure the plastic parts aren't bent like mine. Also, their batteries last a long time and all the others work great, but I downgraded the rating for the annoyance. you shouldn't have to struggle with a device this simple. Update 4/18: replacements (wrong color) were sent but they worked as they should, so thanks :)
