Don't think of it as a standalone cooling source
This is great quality for a regular fan, my laptop fan broke a while ago so I bought this to cool it . I wouldn't recommend it for those with a broken fan as the fan blades are plastic and the RPM of the unit itself isn't very high, but if you have a laptop you want to take some pressure off the fans and to keep it cool, that is wonderful.
