Review on Korn Ferry Futurestep by Kyle Hood

The way you can create profiles for your employees/ candidates so they are able to search through them easily when looking at different opportunities in their career path or even just searching new jobs! I like how it's very easy to use as well with all of its features being organized together into one page makes things easier than using other job databases out there. Nothing really - but if this was something we needed implemented quickly then maybe some more customization would be nice? It has been helpful though since our team does not have much experience working within an online application database system (using MS Office 365). We do however still utilize emailing resumes directly to potential employers via LinkedIn which works great too.
