I love that they are so easy to use, it's like having your own personal assistant! It makes running my online store very simple with no time spent doing things manually or in excel.
The only thing i dislike about them now (as compared to when we first started using their services) was how much more expensive our account became after adding multiple employees/customers - but this may have been due simply because of inflation over these past few years? We had previously used other providers who were not as user friendly nor did they offer any sort of customer service if something went wrong for us which could be quite frustrating at times. However since switching back to Go MooXIE everything has run smoothly again without problems from what we can tell.
