Review on Tepia Co by Michael Freemason

The team at tepia were always willing to help out with any queries I had about their services or products. They also ensured they helped me through my own personal project which was very pleasant! Their support staff didn't seem as efficient in terms of responding back quickly but overall it wasn't really an issue for us because we knew we could simply pick up our phone whenever needed. Honestly there isn’t much else I can think of - great communication skills from both parties when working together; friendly customer service reps who make you feel like your not just another number/customer (even though sometimes this does happen). Have used them before so have no complaints other than maybe some minor things here and there regarding documentation etc., however these issues do tend to get sorted quite well by email after initial contact anyway. Great choice if looking into using software such as Wix / Squarespace / Wordpress etc.
