I only bought rubber bands, which tear after about 3 hours. I didn't try seamless hair ties until I tried these! I can use again and again. It's worth every penny! I also save money on shopping because they last forever. Now I will never go back. However, for newborns or children with fine hair, I recommend using rubber bands as they hold up better. My 1 year old daughter has a lot of hair and they are long so I can use them easily.
