I have been using other products to give my short hair that textured look and decided to try this product as recommended by a friend. I was disappointed when I opened the can as I was expecting a product with more fiber, more "stickiness", slightly more like the products I've used. I was pleasantly surprised by the aroma (slightly tropical) and even more pleased with the result after use. I took a pea sized amount of the product, spread it on my fingertips and applied it to my hair, moving the hair in the desired direction with my fingers. The product seems to spread well without adding much weight. My style lasted all day and didn't feel like I had "helmet hair". My hair is cut in a modified pixie cut, about 70% gray and fairly straight with a few stubborn curls. This product meets my needs and I am very happy with it.
