Excellent leash suitable for electronic training collars

I had this leash before my other dog who we recently lost and it worked wonders, we were able to take it for long walks or hikes without having to keep it on the leash. We used it all the time and he got used to it because we have an electric fence. I bought it for our new puppy and she doesn't want anything to do with it.
