Review on SOLOTREE by Mike Cox

The customer service at SOLOTREE leaves a lot to be desired, despite the fact that their skin care products and facial treatments are among the best on the market. Unfortunately, I had several problems with my order just as I was getting enthusiastic to try their stuff. To begin, my shipment arrived considerably later than anticipated. A generic response was given to my inquiry about the delay by customer service, which did not address my individual issues. In addition, I didn't feel comfortable trying out some of their more pricey things due to their stringent return policy. In general, I was not satisfied with SOLOTREE's customer service. Their things may be high-quality, but I was left feeling dissatisfied and upset by their unresponsive customer service and stringent return policy. I wouldn't recommend buying here for cosmetics and toiletries if excellent customer service is vital to you.
