Module 1/2 worked during initialization. The camera seemed to work very well, but not in the infrared range. In the month I've had the infrared still didn't work despite the potentiometer adjustment. The camera has been throwing problems intermittently and now there is no signal at all. I have a second device for home and not for work and haven't had any issues with it. - Update (7/25/18) The manufacturer's customer support was great and offered lots of suggestions and troubleshooting tips to help. It still doesn't work and they send me a new one. I will update the information as it is received. - Update (9/10/18) Support has been great with really good communication and quick response. I wish they had service with the Monoprice 3D printer I ordered. MakerFocus sent a replacement that works exactly as I had hoped. I went from 1 star to 2 stars and now to 5 stars! This is a great night vision camera for the price and great service.
