Fantastic software with good customer support
The best part is we are able to send files from one org into another without having to go back-and forth between different systems or platforms. I am not sure of other benefits but this has been great for us! Nothing as such so far however it seems like they should have more options when sending attachments than just emailing them which would be better if there was an option to attach via link instead of copying/pasting etc.. This will save time and also reduce errors by ensuring things get sent correctly at first attempt rather then going backwards and forwards trying to fix issues after receiving feedback about error messages received.

- Difficulty getting information across departments even within same organization due interoperability problems among eCommerce solutions that vendors offer today..difficulties arising because most organizations use outdated tools nowdays..not anymore
