I happened to get them when ordering straps. They are lightweight, stretchy fabric, non-stretchy and too short for the adult masks I make. The first thing I learned from mask reviews was that the ear loop sizes offered on most mask models were often too tight. I got around this by making them longer and using flexible beads to adjust. I only make masks for adults. I would never wear anything that short on an adult mask. Maybe they are great for children's masks. My only concern is how well the stretch fabric used here will hold up over time. They have to be sewn on. If the loop fabric fails, the mask becomes disposable. My masks are attached to the side tube so the ear loops can be easily changed if needed.
