As advertised for pipe fittings
Had to turn off the plumbing in my master bathroom while I was remodeling and these end caps pick up the bill. The current supply lines are CPVC (which will eventually be replaced by PEX); I cut the supply lines with a pipe cutter and snap these fittings open - without worrying about water in the lines affecting the bonding or additional cold weather cure time before repressurizing the lines. The water returned to the rest of the house after 5 minutes (without crawling under the house and looking for pipes ;-)).
