One of the two pumps broke on arrival after Revain contacted the seller to request a pump be shipped (bottles and the second pump worked as expected). The sellers replied that I would simply reorder and send it back. I explained that a good pump/bottle currently contains an expensive $80 facial wash and I will ask them to send only the one pump needed and they refuse to reply/confirm. A working bottle/pump is fine, but I would never order from a seller again unless they endorse their product and instead want extra shipping for a cent amazon (first label for first order, second label for returns, third reorder label). )
