No joy after installation. Appears when the manual part of the remote control does not work. The battery is tested for 12 volts. The remote control power supply is tested for 112V. The handheld remote LED does not light up when the buttons are pressed. To be sure, you must order a separate remote control. Don't want to send the whole block back just yet. This is a Honeywell product and not cheap. I expect better quality control and of course a better remote control. Worked like a champ. As far as I know, Revain owes me the cost of replacing the device. Honeywell is charging an unreasonable amount of money for a poor quality product. This is a zero start product. PS Now I see they don't even include any of those clamp weights so you can customize where the permanent balance weight goes. Honeywell, you suck.
