Soft, comfortable and stretchy. No slippery material either. Bought XXL and it's actually too big, but there are other skirts in the same size that are too small, plus they were smooth. I will still wear the XXL because I tied the scrunchie in the side and tucked in to make it look tucked in on the side. I didn't want to return it because there were too many problems with other returns.
