These shoes run a bit big. I got them for my uncle. He is nearing the final stages of dementia and progressing into full-blown Alzheimer's disease. He loves to go out and go for walks. He walks our dog several times a day every day. Luckily our Albert (fluffy fur) knows his way home so my uncle doesn't get lost and the neighbors around know him well enough to know where he is. In any case, he wears out his shoes pretty quickly no matter how much he runs. So I bought him a new pair and I bought them to make it easier for him to put on and take off. But shoot far, these shoes are too easy to put on and take off because they are too big for him. They carry on without even breaking the thread. You are his size, but not his size. With that in mind I am rating these tennis shoes 3 stars.
