Restores correct operation
They are not easy to install but that is not the part's fault. The best part is that it gets the fan back into proper operation when all is said and done. It's been a month so far and it's still working. You might not feel it, but for some reason 'I' just can't fit well no matter how I bend my tongues. It has foam behind it so it fits snugly, I just need to add more.
