Review on RANE Mount Exciter Processor Zonetech by Nancy Bryant

I bought this from B&H for our restaurant opening. We installed it with 4 DRJ controllers. We liked the product but after 2 months the main Zonetech died. He didn't even turn on. I can admit that we may have received a bad product and requested support from Rein. Back then, the company showed how terrible it was. I've filled out their online support forms three times and never gotten any help. I then tried calling where I was redirected to the answer mailbox which was full. I ended up contacting InMusic's parent company and haven't heard anything either. It is a pity. I'm $1500 for a system that doesn't work and the company is nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, I have controllers on my wall that remind me of my horrific experience. While waiting for support I had to buy splitters to at least get music in the dining room, outdoors and in the bathrooms.
