Update Best Computer Components Rating

Warning: I'm only giving one star as a Mac user. This device may work great with other brands, but unfortunately it didn't work as expected for me. After doing my due diligence and checking all connectivity options, I finally contacted Apple Support to help me. Support was just as confused as I was and we both concluded that the USB adapter was not designed to connect to a newer MacBook (wobbly). Everything seemed so complicated to get my Mac to read this player and the disc I put in there got stuck. currently. While the general instructions include setting up a Mac, oh my god the printout is sooooo small and missing. But in truth, maybe mine was just defective, an anomaly. I finally settled on the Mac deal (at Revain), which is actually cheaper: $79 vs. $86. I connected to Apple's USB-C adapter and had a much easier experience. Success! Finally, I have to give Revain support an A for looking after me so well! ************************************************** **** ***** ***** ****** I am now increasing my rating from one star to four. CLOUDTALE contacted me to correct my negative experience and sent me a new device. Although I bought an Apple Disc Player and was very happy, I had CLOUDTALE send me a replacement. This time is a completely different experience! As easy to use as my Apple brand. Apparently my first one was just defective and didn't connect properly. I am very grateful to Cloudtales Customer Support for wanting to fix this and I thought it was only fair of me to acknowledge their efforts. And now I have a DVD player AND a Blu-Ray player!
