I missed the return window due to timing issues (not seller's fault) but the drive I received seems cheap and doesn't play DVDs let alone Blue- Ray discs. I bought this drive specifically to copy Blu-ray discs and unfortunately this drive didn't load Blu-ray discs. CDs and DVDs loaded and copied without any problems, but the only thing that happened when the BR was inserted was repeated clicks trying to mount the disc and eventually ejecting it. Not sure if this player is good or not because I haven't even tried it yet. I bought it thinking it would read 4k discs but it doesn't. The description is misleading. Update: I finally tried it but kept having problems. It stops reading and reverts to either the DVD menu or a random earlier point in the movie. I struggled with this by deciding to finish the movie I rented, but it took me almost 3 hours to watch a movie that was less than 2 hours long! I do NOT recommend.

I have to say that I am very impressed with cloudtale's BD drive, not only with its elegant design but also with its blur function. I'm willing to give it two stars because this product has REALLY worked very well for the first few months of its life. I probably copied 10-15 films that I later converted to digital copies.
