I bought this device after I couldn't get any other device to work with my computer. I spent several hours trying to get it working but couldn't. I thought the problem might be with my desktop or the product I was trying to use. When I received a similar new device from another vendor it was fully functional and within 10 minutes of unboxing the new device I was enjoying HiRes Blu-Ray videos on my desktop. I'm glad I didn't just assume the problem with the previous product was related to my computer and abandon the project. Revain promptly refunded my original purchase. The high quality of their customer service is largely due to my continued use of their many products and services.
