I missed the return window due to timing issues (not seller's fault) but the drive I received seems cheap and doesn't play DVDs let alone Blue- Ray discs. The problem with BR discs is related to the Sony license, not just the hardware. THIS IS NOT A DEVICE TO PLUG IN AND WORK. It comes without instructions and software. A good friend of mine is a professional programmer and IT professional who develops new technologies and HE couldn't get them to work either. My first really BAD purchase in years. "EDIT: Customer service assures me that the technical department will make everything right. They refunded my money without asking me to return the paperweight. Customer support is excellent. Very sad product.
