As a hesitant buyer I was pleased with the quality and softness of this velvet skirt. The flared pleats make it very flattering and the deep red color is perfect for the winter season. However, the sizing runs small so i had TO exchange for a larger size .Overall, a great addition to my Women's Fashion collection..
