Stay away, product doesn't work with app

Professional fit great, good case Cons Sound terrible, Sennheiser app won't pair with CX 400BT, very low volume, no bass, connection takes 2 minutes with headphones are taken out of the case, I bought headphones, so I use the equalizer and the app, but every time the search for the device cannot find the Sennheiser CX 400BT. Not worth $199 I'm buying JBL Live 300 Sound 100% better sorry Sennheiser. But not too many connection issues for me, especially the headphones not working with the app. The audio is terrible
